We believe in complete transparency and strict confidentiality.
This policy outlines how ShootFlow Pro protects, manages, and respects your photographic data.
ShootFlow Pro is operated by Brian Patamakanthin. These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using ShootFlow Pro.
By using the service, you agree to these terms.
For questions or support, contact [email protected].
1. Using ShootFlow Pro
ShootFlow Pro provides tools for planning Shoots, organizing shot lists and timelines, saving inspiration and poses, and sharing information with collaborators and clients.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the information you upload, enter, or share.
Do not use the service unlawfully, upload content you do not have permission to use, harass others, access another person’s account without permission, or attempt to bypass security, access controls, or subscription restrictions.
Features and availability may vary by platform, app version, and plan.
2. Your content and sharing
You retain ownership of your content. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service, carry out your sharing choices, and fulfill deletion requests.
You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed to upload photographs or information about clients, collaborators, or other people.
Access to shared Shoots depends on the owner’s plan and each participant’s permissions. Owners may change or remove access.
Sharing content allows authorized participants to view it and, where permitted, edit or delete it. Client links can be opened by anyone who has the link, without an account. They provide a read-only view of the Shoot information described in the app, including timeline entry titles and start and end times if the Shoot owner enables timeline sharing for that link.
Share client links only with people you intend to see that information. Anyone receiving a forwarded link can also open it while it remains valid. The Shoot owner can turn timeline sharing off or revoke a link at any time. These changes do not remove copies that someone has already saved. People who download, copy, or otherwise retain shared information outside ShootFlow Pro may keep those copies after access is removed.
Leaving a shared Shoot or being removed from it does not automatically delete your contributions. Account deletion is handled separately, as explained in Section 7.
3. Free access and paid plans
Free access allows one active owned Shoot and up to four counted Free Shoot creations. Completing, archiving, or deleting individual Shoots does not restore consumed Free creations. Signing out or reinstalling the app does not reset this allowance.
Available paid features, subscription periods, and current prices are displayed in the app before purchase.
Invited collaborators do not need their own paid subscription merely to use the access permitted by a Teams owner’s shared Shoot.
Full account deletion removes the account’s Free-creation usage history. If you later create a new account, the Free allowance available at that time applies. Previously deleted content is not restored.
Repeatedly creating accounts to evade plan limits is prohibited and may result in restricted access.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Where available, subscriptions are purchased through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. The store used for the purchase processes payment under its applicable terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal according to the purchasing store’s rules. The price and billing period are shown before you confirm your purchase.
For Apple purchases, payment is charged to your Apple account. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends to avoid the next renewal. Your Apple account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
For Google Play purchases, payment is charged through your Google account’s selected payment method. Renewal and cancellation timing follow the subscription details shown by Google Play.
Manage or cancel your subscription through the store where you purchased it:
Apple App Store: use your Apple account’s subscription settings.
Google Play: use Payments & subscriptions in Google Play.
Canceling generally stops future renewals. Paid access normally continues until the end of the paid period, subject to refunds, revocations, account deletion, or other changes affecting access.
Deleting the app or deleting your ShootFlow Pro account does not cancel your store subscription. You must cancel it separately through Apple or Google Play to stop future billing. Subscription cancellation is not a prerequisite for requesting account deletion.
Refund requests are handled under the purchasing store’s applicable policies and any rights provided by law. Nothing in these terms limits your applicable consumer rights.
5. App license
Subject to these terms and the applicable store terms, you may use ShootFlow Pro for your personal or business Shoot-planning activities. This permission does not transfer ownership of the application or its software to you.
For the iOS application, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies:
https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
These service terms supplement that license and do not replace it.
For an Android version distributed through Google Play, applicable Google Play terms also apply. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement does not govern the Android application.
6. Availability and responsible use
We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed. Keep separate copies of information essential to your work.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, security threats, misuse, or violations of these terms.
Restricting access to ShootFlow Pro does not itself cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google Play. Subscription management remains available through the purchasing store.
Nothing in this section excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Account deletion and shared content
You can request account deletion through Settings → Delete Account in a supported version of the app. If you cannot access your account or need help with a deletion request, contact [email protected].
Account deletion permanently removes your account, your owned Shoots and their contents, and personal saved content associated with your account, subject to the limited cleanup and retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting a Shoot you own also removes its contents contributed by other participants. Those participants do not retain access to that Shoot through ShootFlow Pro.
Items you created in another person’s Shoot, including your notes and inspiration images, are removed when you delete your account, even if someone else edited those items. Separately created content belonging to other participants remains unless it is contained in a Shoot you own.
Leaving a Shoot or being removed from one is different from deleting your account. Your contributions may remain when you leave or are removed.
Some stored-file and subscription-provider cleanup may continue after the account is removed. The app provides deletion-status information for requests initiated through the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how remaining records and retention are handled.
Account deletion does not remove original photographs from your device or copies that other people saved outside the service.
Creating a new account or restoring a store purchase does not restore deleted Shoots or content.
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel that subscription separately through the purchasing store.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used and shared, and how retention and deletion work.
